The prestigious Algarve resort is set to donate €5 to a selection of children’s charities for every one of the delicious locally-sourced hampers purchased over the next couple of months.
So, while temperatures may soar this summer, Quinta do Lago, which features three Championship-winning courses, will be hosting its cool and relaxed Picnic in the Park series every Friday evening between July 7 and August 26 with visitors helping neighbouring children’s charitable causes.
The mouth-watering annual ‘Picnic in the Park’ has proved to be a popular and fun addition for families and guests of all ages with live music and children’s entertainment in the relaxed atmosphere next to the first tee of the stunning South Course – a course that has held the Portuguese Open on eight occasions.

Pure, true to its name, is a delicious assortment of healthy super foods, such as signature salads, quinoa, chickpeas, lentils, chicken mango wrap, fresh fruit and a choice of detox juices or organic white wine.
Bovino is a meat-lovers dream with an exquisite choice of finest-cooked cuisine including slow-cooked empanadas, freshly-cooked signature hamburgers, caramelized onions, cheese and bacon salad, water and a bottle of selected wine.
