Waterville Team Showcases New Clubhouse at the PGA Show. West Palm Beach, FL- Waterville Golf Links in County Kerry, Ireland recently completed a major renovation to the majority of the clubhouse. This included a new state of the art locker room, drying area, offices, caddy area and most notably a 1,800 square foot golf shop. Tuesday evening Brian Higgins received the prestigious Platinum Award recognizing Waterville Golf Links Golf shop as a Top 100 Golf Shop.
The PGA Show is the largest gathering of golf professionals, media and industry associates. This conference brings together golf professionals, golf celebrities, tour operators, golf club managers, industry professionals and golf courses from around the world. In addition to Brian Higgins, Waterville’s Golf Ambassador- Jay Connolly, marketing and tour operator liaison- Miriam Courtney, Waterville Golf Links General Manager- Noel Cronin and Golf Course Super Intendent- Michael Murphy will be in attendance at the PGA show on the Tourism Ireland booth.
