11 February 2020

A sunshine sporting break with five-star facilities and an array of discounts is the mouth-watering prospect that awaits active families taking up the last-minute invitation to head to Spain’s La Manga Club this February half-term.

Free sports and accommodation and 20 per cent savings on selected junior academies are among the exclusive benefits available at the top sports and leisure resort in Murcia during the school holidays, as well as the chance to bask in temperatures of up to 26 degrees.

Valid for stays until March 1, families can enjoy up to 20 per cent off on accommodation when staying in both La Manga Club’s luxury Hotel Principe Felipe and four-star Las Lomas Village self-catering accommodation.

Children under-12 also stay for free on a bed-and-breakfast basis in the hotel when sharing their parents’ room, and prices for a five-night break for a family of four staying in a two-bedroom view apartment start from €885 (approx £750).

Complimentary golf and tennis are on offer to youngsters under-12 using the resort’s three 18-hole golf courses, par-47 pitch-and-putt course, 28-court tennis centre and crazy golf facilities when accompanied by a full paying adult.

In addition, families can enjoy a fifth off the normal price when booking two different sporting academies for their children – including golf and tennis – while La Manga Club is offering a reduced rate of €40 per child for unlimited access to the Junior Club during half-term week (juniors aged 5-12).

All packages include complimentary use of La Manga Club’s Wellness Centre including indoor pool, saunas and steam rooms and free shuttle bus service, with children under-five eating free at the resort’s official restaurants.
