Australian golfing legend, Rodger Davis is joining the Go Golfing team as a tour host - starting with our Margaret River tour in March 2023 where everyone will be treated with spectacular wines, sumptuous food, and golf courses fit for a king.

With 30 professional wins under his belt and the current president of the PGA of Australia, Rodger has well and truly earnt his "legendary" status.

A prolific winner on the Australasian and European tours, his ‘plus fours’ made him instantly recognisable on course. He was part of the "Australian invasion" of the European Tour in the Eighties, and caught the imagination of the golfing public with his colourful taste in clothes.

In many respects, his clothing reflects his character. Rodger is certain to bring colour, wit and a whole heap of fun and entertainment on tour and we are humbled and thrilled to welcome him to the Go Golfing team!

Rodger, accompanied by his wife Julie, is excited to host Go Golfing guests on the Perth + Margaret River tour. “We’re playing all the top courses. I don’t mind a red and the fact we’re visiting just as many wineries as golf courses is a good thing. I have fond memories of my playing days and the characters on tour and to be able to share that with Go Golfing’s keen travellers will be fun,” Rodger said.

Rodger’s passion for golf remains and regularly shoots better than his age on his home course, Lakelands on the Gold Coast.
