Global Golf has recently signed with the property the renewal of the rental contract.
The continuity in the management of Jesolo will give stability to the relationships with tour operators to bring foreign players from North and Central Europe as well as to the ones started in the last months with tour operators from the Asian market.
In Long Stay, (stays longer than two weeks up to one month with golf included), which will be marketed for the first time in Golf Jesolo in 2022, focused on the Scandinavian market for the autumn and winter months, the forecasts are very optimistic as for the months of October and November we will have an occupancy rate of 72%.
This renovation is a continuation of the investments and maintenance work carried out over the last three years; investments in the irrigation system, drainage and machinery, which have led to a better condition of the greens and the course in general, allowing us to enjoy a perfect condition 365 days a year.
Sporting events will continue to be promoted. After 11 years the Audi Cup has returned, and we will celebrate for the first time the FINECO, as well as tournaments of Italian professional associations, such as economists and architects, which have never been held before.
The national championship City of Jesolo, this 2023 has broken the record of entries and we will continue to hold our beloved and beautiful Venezianico tournament, as well as the big Global Golf tournament in November, which is the tournament with the highest number of entries of the whole year.
In addition to the work with the tour operation, we continue to carry out activities to independently receive foreign and national players. This translates into the progressive increase we have had; in 2022 we were visited by 6,628 foreigners, and in 2023 there were 6,830. In 2022 there were 6,283 players from outside the club with residence outside Jesolo, and in 2023 there were 6,408.
It should be noted that in the autumn-winter period we have grown by 16% this 2023 - 2024 in external visits compared to the same period 2022 - 2023.
